About Us
For more than two decades, the Chaseburg Area Cancer Walk has been a grassroots movement rooted in compassion, hope, and action. We are a nonprofit organization based in Chaseburg, Wisconsin, dedicated to raising funds and awareness in the fight against cancer.
A Cause Close to Home
Our organization is made up of individuals who have been directly touched by cancer. Every member of our volunteer committee has either faced cancer themselves or supported a loved one through their journey. That personal connection is what drives us. It’s why we do this work—not for recognition, but for real, lasting impact.
What We Do
We organize an annual community walk every September—an event that brings together friends, families, teams, and local businesses to walk in support, raise funds, and honor loved ones. But our efforts don’t stop there. Throughout the year, we host additional fundraisers and awareness events that keep our mission active in the community.
Why It Matters
Our goal is simple: to ensure that no one in our community has to fight cancer alone. We believe in the power of local action, of neighbors helping neighbors, and of turning shared pain into shared purpose.
